Opening Hours(Open as of 3 Feb 2010)

Tue – Thu, Sun : 10:00 – 19:00
Fri, Sat & Public Holiday : 10:00 – 20:00
Closed on every Monday, and first three days of Lunar New Year.

Tour duration : 75 minutes approx.
Group size for each tour : maximum 8 persons
Tours are offered at every 15 min intervals.

Prior booking of the tour is needed. Please purchase ticket via our on-line ticketing system.

Admission Price
Tue-Fri Sat, Sun & Public Holiday
Adult HKD 120.- HKD 150.-
Full time student or age below 18*# HKD 60.- HKD 75.-

*Visitors may be requested to show proof of identify, eg Student Card or HKID on demand by the venue management.

Adverse Weather Arrangement
1.
Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above.

The exhibition will be closed. It will remain closed if the signal is lowered less than 3 hours before the usual closing time.

2.Rainstorm Black Warning

If the warning is issued while the exhibition is in service, the usual opening hours will remain unchanged. If the warning is issued before opening hours, the exhibition will be closed until the warning is removed. It will remain closed if the warning is cancelled less than 3 hours before the usual closing time.

Friendly Reminder before the tour:

1. All visitors are encouraged to arrive 20 minutes prior to their ticketed time. They will be greeted by a Welcome Ambassador and prepared to enter into the Exhibition. Late-comers will be not be admitted due to the specific set up of the exhibition..
2. As the entire Exhibition is in complete darkness, all light emitting devices such as watches, mobile phones/blackberries, cameras, jewelry, or other glow in the dark ornamentations are prohibited.
3. Visitors will be provided, at no charge, with secure lockers in which to deposit the above items along with their personal possessions, leaving them free to enjoy the experience.
4. Visitors who require the use of a wheelchair are asked to reserve prior to their arrival so appropriate assistance can be arranged. Electric wheelchairs cannot be used in the Exhibition, but manual wheelchairs are available.
5. To provide the visitor with a comfortable and secure experience in the dark, security cameras are in place throughout the Exhibition.
6. Outside food or beverages are not allowed, but as part of the experience, beverages and light snacks can be purchased within the Exhibition with cash only.
7. Photography, video camera, voice recording will not be allowed inside the Exhibition area.
