Character building, acceptance of otherness and innovation are crucial to education in a globalizing world. Only when children and teenagers celebrate differences can there be a peaceful and sustainable future. To this end, Dialogue in the Dark has designed a series of activities in darkrooms for students.

Group activities in the darkroom are fun and fascinating, but most importantly, by offering an opportunity to encounter darkness with visually-impaired facilitators, the activities enable students to

• · Learn to think outside the box

Outside of the darkroom, students will be able to chat with facilitators, where queries are answered, feelings are shared and learning is consolidated.
