Remarks：1.Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes before event start time. LATE-COMERS will not be admitted due to specific set up of the venue.2.Please bring the Confirmation reference for registration.3.All bookings are final. There are no cancellations, refunds and no exchanges.4.All light - emitting devices are not allowed in the exhibition.5.Dialogue in the Dark Hong Kong is not responsible for any loss or damages to personal belongings incurred during the course of the event.6.Participants are responsible for notifying organizers of any food or drink allergy they may have PRIOR to the event.7.The dinner will be a set menu, special requests and substitutions cannot be catered to unless previously notified upon in the case of food or drink allergies, or dietary restrictions. 8.Due to possible consumption of alcohol, participants should be over 16 years old. Participants may be requested to show proof of identify, eg HKID, by the venue management.
