For purchase starting from September 1, 2011, the new pricing for tickets will take effect as shown below:
Adult Weekdays (Tuesday – Friday): $130 HKD
Concession* (Students or under 18 years of age) $ 65 HKD

Adult Weekends (Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays): $160 HKD

Tours are offered at 15-minute intervals, with a maximum capacity of 8 people per tour.
Tour duration: 75 minutes.

*Visitors may be requested to show proof of identify, eg Student Card or HKID on demand by the venue management.
Typhoon and Rainstorm Arrangement
Venue closing and re-opening during Typhoon signal no. 8 or above:
1. Typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted before venue opening and remains in effect
by 12:00 noon
( venue will close on that day )
2. Typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted during venue opening hours
( venue will close )
3. Typhoon signal No.8 is lowered before or at 12:00 noon
( venue will re-open two hours after the lowering of typhoon signal No.8, weather conditions permitting )
Venue closing and re-opening during Black Rainstorm Warning:
1. Black Rainstorm Warning is issued before venue opening and remains in effect
by 12:00 noon
( venue will close on that day )
2. Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during opening hours
( venue will stay open where conditions permit )
3. Black Rainstorm Warning is issued before venue opening and is cancelled before
or at 12:00 noon
( venue will re-open two hours after the Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled, weather conditions permitting)
Remark: Customers are advised to make a new appointment after the cancellation of the Black rainstorm warning and Typhoon No.8 signal.
Friendly Reminder before the tour
1. All visitors are encouraged to arrive 20 minutes prior to their ticketed time. They will be greeted by a Welcome Ambassador and prepared to enter into the Exhibition. Late-comers will be not be admitted due to the specific set up of the exhibition.
2. Children under 12 are advised to be accompanied by adult. The Exhibition is not recommended for children under the age of 8.
3. Women with 7-month pregnancy is gently reminded to join after delivery of baby.
4. As the entire Exhibition is in complete darkness, all light emitting devices such as watches, mobile phones/blackberries, cameras, jewellery, or other glow-in-the-dark ornamentations are prohibited.
5. Visitors will be provided, at no charge, with secure lockers in which to deposit the above items along with their personal possessions, leaving them free to enjoy the experience.
6. Visitors who require the use of a wheelchair are asked to reserve prior to their arrival so that appropriate assistance can be arranged. Electric wheelchairs cannot be used in the Exhibition, but manual wheelchairs are available.
7. To provide the visitor with a comfortable and secure experience in the dark, security cameras are in place throughout the Exhibition.
8. Outside food or beverages are not allowed, but as part of the experience, beverages and light snacks can be purchased within the Exhibition with cash only.
9. Photography, video camera, voice recording will not be allowed inside the Exhibition.
