1. General Manager (Ref: GM)
2. Business Development Manager (Ref: BDM)
3. Venue Supervisor (Ref: VS)

General Manager (Ref: GM)

As the head of the whole team and report to the Board of Directors, he/she is responsible to implement the strategic plan from the Board, to deliver the financial outcomes of the company, and also supervising the routine operation in terms of financial, manpower and business development.

- Manage budget and control of cost, and revenue of the operations
- Responsible for fund raising and the finance of the company.
- Design marketing plan and set up business development strategy of all business lines.
- Develop relationship with external partners, stakeholders and public media to promote business and its social impact
- Cultivate the culture of the company
- Oversees and maintain smooth operations in all departments.
- Take up other responsibilities fall in same capacity as directed by CEO/ Board of directors.

Requirement:
1.Mature, self-motivated and business oriented
2.Excellent interpersonal skills and networking
3.A responsible team leader
4.Good command of English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
5.15 years or above working experience with at least 5 years in management position in entertainment or training industry
6.University graduate or above

Business Development Manager (Ref: BDM)

As Business Development Manger, you will be responsible to develop and manage the marketing tools so as to enhance business expansion with existing and potential clients.

- Formulate detailed program and strategic plan with business partners in order to build the business and achieve sales target
- To develop, handle and manage our core business products to maximize sales opportunities and generate new business

Requirement:
1.Proven experience in business development in handling service products
2.Strong leadership, planning, analytical skills and innovative.
3.A good team player with excellent communication skills
4.University graduate or above.

Venue Supervisor (Ref: VS)

As leader of the operation team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of all events (experiential exhibitions, executive workshops and other special events) organized at Dialogue in the Dark Experiential Exhibition venue

- Lead our operation team including Tour Guides, Welcome Ambassador, Ticketing Officer and other contractors to provide excellent services to all visitors
- Reporting to Admin and Operation Manger

Requirement:
1.Good communication skills, a good team player, able to work independently and under pressure
2.Minimum 3 years experience in managing shop operations
3.HKCEE or above
4.Required to work on shift duties, including weekend and public holiday

  • 1. A/C and Administration Officer, Ref AAO
    - Responsible to handle full set of accounts, prepare monthly report and maintain good accounting records and procedures
    - To support administrative duties
    - Able to work independently, organized, responsible and a good team player
    - Diploma with LCC higher or equivalent
    - 3 years relevant experience in accounting and administrative duties
    - Proficiency in MS office software and hands-on experience on computerized Accounting software
  • 2.Ticketing and Information Officer, Ref TIO
    - Responsible for following up all the on-line ticketing sales and handle enquiries, as well as receiving/managing visitors at the reception
    - To manage on-line ticketing sales, maintain proper record and prepare sales report
    - To support reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
    - Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented and pleasant personality, a good team player.
    - Matriculated or above
    - Good computer skills, experience in operating on-line ticketing system will be an advantage
  • 3.Welcome Ambassador (Part-time), Ref WA
    - Responsible for greeting the visitors’ group to prepare for the tour.
    - To explain the guidelines of the tour and use of white canes, then lead the visitors’ group to Tour Guide
    - Excellent verbal communication skills, customer-oriented
    - Assertive, friendly, able to deal with stressful situation and a good team player
    - Working on weekends or public holidays required
    - Matriculated or above
    - Proficiency in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
    - Experience in dealing with group visitors will be a plus
  • 4.Tour Guide (both full-time and part-time), Ref: TG
    - Responsible for guiding visitors through the dark rooms in the experiential exhibition
    - To give instruction and tips to visitors on how to handle in the absence of eyesight throughout the tour
    - To encourage visitors to explore, experience and enjoy the tour in the dark with their senses other than eyesight
    - Potential candidate should be legally blind
    - Self confidence with sense of empathy, good mobility and orientation skill, positive attitudes towards blindness and other facts of life
