Communication, team-building and innovation are fundamental to the success of a leader. The Executive Workshop by Dialogue in the Dark is designed for senior executives, professionals and leaders, providing corporate workshop that is challenging and inspirational.
Each workshop session lasts for three hours. Participants will spend the first two hours in the darkroom, performing tasks in teams under the guidance of our visually-impaired trainers. Back in the light, participants will receive an hour’s de-briefing by a professional facilitator, when they will also reflect on and share experiences with one another.
